the second edition of the manual is the work of three big maestros. the first chapter is an overview which is about man and machine. thereafter follow chapters on acquisition of images, transthoracic… Great for the echo basics and reference. Images are beautiful and well-labeled. Updated version has several nice new tables and chapters on goal directed/special imaging. Great pathology correlates.
