I've read a few reviews of this book, many laudatory, and a few nasty attacks from medical professionals (see: "davidb321us" and "kohoutekdriver8"). Most of the reviews, save one, fail a crucial test:… It's quite clear who is the "madman" here - or who otherwise has their own agenda??? I find it interesting that Jack Dreyfus had his own severe anxiety / depression / insomnia cured almost immediately…
